Terms and Conditions

The warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials in your products at the time of supply. This warranty applies to consumer use only and is null and void if the product is used for commercial use. This warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable, and proof of Purchase must be verified if claims are to be made.

The Warranty Does Not Cover any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of nature are not covered. Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We will replace your purchase, if it proven to be defective in materials or workmanship or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Leedaz in Outdoors shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect and incidental damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product or for breach of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Returns Policy
At the time of supply, we have inspected and take pride in all our products. We want you to be confident and pleased with the purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return what you have purchased.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return our product or are not happy with the product we will accept your return or exchange should:

  • Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
  • You have proof of purchase; and
  • Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Kindly ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Return shipping costs is at the buyers’ expense.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items:

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on email info@leedazinoutdoors.com.au (Emails are preferred as communication will not be missed) or alternatively on +61 7 3102 3756 within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.

Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped. Leedaz will provide exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. For faulty or damaged items we will require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if item is deemed faulty.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the earliest possible time. Your refund time will also depend on the bank processing time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@leedazinoutdoors.com.au

Sale item, Special/Bundled offers (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If received damaged – refer to Faulty or Damaged items policy above.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leedazinoutdoors.com.au

Privacy Policy:
We guarantee to never disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason. Your details are necessary to ensure that we can effectively complete your transaction and deliver you the best service possible.

Shipping:
We know how important shipping is once you click the “buy now” button, and that’s why we have these following policies in place.

Australian Warehouse
All our products are in stock and ready to ship from the Brisbane warehouse.

Next day Dispatch
Order must be received by 12pm AEST for dispatch the following business day as a STANDARD shipping order. For other methods e.g. Express Shipping, please contact us as there will be additional costs. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note that dispatch will usually be the next working day. For tracked shipments, please allow 12 hours for tracking to begin.

Shipping of Goods
Once shipping is commenced, you will be issues a tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. We use Sendle for deliveries and you can track your delivery online at https://try.sendle.com/tracking

Please note we do not ship to a P.O. Box.
